phase one franchise development. Phase One is designed to launch
the franchise system and begin the early stages of marketing.
Business
Structure
We prepare the necessary Articles of Incorporation for the business
structure to be used as the franchisor. Usually a "C"
corporation is recommended.
Federal
Trade Name Registration
We provide the guidance for you to register your
name with the U.S. Patient & Trademark Office in Washington,
D.C. If you want to register a logo or commercial symbol, we will
work with a lawyer of your choice who specializes in this field.
Uniform
Franchise Offering Circular
We will prepare the UFOC that you will needed to
offer your franchise to prospective franchise candidates. The UFOC
will be used in 35 non-regulatory States.
Web
Site
We will work with your web designer to provide the
written text and information whereby a prospective franchisee can
learn about the franchise being offered. This web site is used instead
of printed materials.
Outline
of the Operations Manual
The
outline will consist of the day to day system that is used in the
franchise network. The Operations Manual can take up to 9 months
or longer to develop. This is one of the most important tool used
in any franchise system.
Outline of the Franchisee Training Program
The Franchise Training is extremely important because it established the direction for the franchisee. The five (5) day training program builds the confidence for each franchisee.
Franchise Marketing Campaign The Franchisor understand the methods used in profiling and selecting franchisees for the franchise network.
Six Months of Consultation We will provide 6 months of consultation during phase one of development establishing the foundation for the franchisor.
